　　1、操縱者必須熟悉設備的性能，遵守安全操縱規程，防止事故發生。

1. Operators must be familiar with the performance of the equipment, comply with safety operating procedures, and prevent accidents from occurring.

　　2、使用前必須認真檢查設備的性能，確保各部件完好。設備的電源線路必須安全可靠，嚴禁私自亂拉。

2. Before use, the performance of the equipment must be carefully checked to ensure that all components are intact. The power supply line of the equipment must be safe and reliable, and unauthorized pulling is strictly prohibited.

　　3、加工的工件必須夾持牢靠，嚴禁不經夾固就開機切割。切割時操縱者必須偏離砂輪片正面，并戴好防護眼鏡。

　　4、砂輪片調換安裝時應裝夾平穩牢固，防護罩必須安裝正確，裝夾后應開機空運轉檢查，不得有抖動和異常噪聲。

　　5、嚴禁在開齒穿條機砂輪平面上，修磨工件的毛刺，防止砂輪片碎裂。嚴禁使用已有殘缺的砂輪片，切割時應防止火星四濺，并闊別易燃物品

　　7、檢查鋸片是否鋒利，是否鎖緊，鋸片必須平整，鋸齒尖銳，不得連續缺齒兩個，不得有裂紋。不能使用鈍了齒的鋸片。用鈍了必須研磨復修后再使用。

　　8、檢查鋸片旋轉方向，確保鋸片旋轉方向正確。不得使用變形或者損壞的鋸片。檢查導軌、齒條絲桿上是否有障礙物，并及時清理。
